Your brows won’t look exactly the same on treatment day, during healing and once fully settled.
That’s normal.
Immediately After Microblading
Brows commonly appear darker, sharper and more defined immediately following treatment than they will once healed.
The surrounding skin may also temporarily appear pink or sensitive.
The First Several Days
As the skin begins healing, the brows can change in appearance.
Follow the aftercare instructions provided by your artist rather than picking, scratching or trying to speed up the healing process.
As the Brows Heal
The color generally begins to soften.
During healing, pigment can temporarily appear lighter or uneven as the skin recovers.
Avoid judging the final result too early.
After Healing
Once the initial healing process has passed, the brows can be evaluated more accurately.
Retention varies from person to person, which is why follow-up recommendations should be individualized.
Follow Your Actual Aftercare Instructions
Internet advice isn’t a substitute for the instructions given for your treatment.
Blink clients should follow the current aftercare instructions provided by Blink.
